Voices of Transformation

Stories from the circle. Real women, real healing.

"The beautiful spiritual soul of Sonja combined with the brilliant intuitive Rebekah is a match made in heaven. Having the science combined with eastern philosophy and holistic embodiment practices creates a breakthrough for me to connect how I feel emotionally and physically. I will be forever grateful for this experience."

"Sonja and Rebekah gave me the opportunity to put me first. Within a space of comfort, safety, and trust, I was able to uncover wounds held so deep, I thought they would remain there forever. I can now slow down to recognize what my brain and body are telling me."

"The Ash to Altar course was a lovely way to spend time with some amazing women. We shared stories and were held in a very comfortable and safe container. There was a beautiful sound healing session followed by lessons and discussions on how our brain operates and the effects trauma can have. We drank tea and learned processes to aid in healing from trauma like yin yoga and other nervous system beneficial movements. Everyone was really supportive and it felt like a nurturing place to work through tough subjects."

"The Pillar 2 Ash to Altar was a practical and grounding continuation, focusing on doing the physical practices that we had talked about in the first class. We did yin yoga practices and other somatic movements. Lessons were taught by Sonja and Rebekah which prompted discussions and journaling and it was a small intimate group that soon began to be one of my favourite communities to spend time with."
